I realized I haven't posted anything in quite a while. Got this really crazy charcoal reversal going that is sucking up my free time. And my sleep. And my sanity.

Here's a quick speed paint I did a few weeks ago as a demo for a friend of mine. The amazing

gave me some tips with this. Main problem is the sky and land having like...the same colors. Seems readable as a thumbnail but...yeah I think I can do better next time.

First time in a while since I've done PS painting though. Jeepers. Think I need to tackle traditional first.

Next thing up will be the reversal x_x

Nice, interesting smudgy style - love the figure in the foreground not giving anything away, who knows what he's feeling? Leaves it wide open for the viewer. Very cool

This looks awesome! Haha, I like the idea! That poor poor city... they even went out of their way to build themselves in the middle of nowhere on the side of a mountain and they STILL get found by the aliens.
